NWHPT TRAINING PHILOSOPHY

In order to develop high level tennis players that are able to compete at the collegiate and professional level, we believe that players must be fully committed to a rigorous training schedule that includes time on court, as well as time devoted to strength and conditioning, mental performance, nutrition, and injury prevention.  Additionally, we believe that high performance players on-court practice should embrace 1v1 private lessons, semi-private lessons, group lessons, practice matches, and tournament play.  Players that become elite, not only learn the game of tennis, but they learn how to implement what they learn in a competitive setting.

Keep working, even when no one is watching.
